Hello Mr. Sujeet Moitra and to whom so ever it may concern,
In response to the call that I’ve received from WB State CDRC from number 03322520677 at 4:20 PM & 4:25 PM from Mr. Sujeet Moitra on 4 July 2024.
I’m a pro se litigant (representing my own case without a lawyer). This is the first time I’ve filed a case in District CDRC. In all my wits and senses I would like to affirm that, in the beginning of the case CC/353/2022 and CC/354/2022 I’ve been instructed by the bench on multiple occasions to serve the copy of documents submitted in the court by registered post to the OP HDFC ERGO’s head office if in case the OP on-floor advocate is absent on the day of hearing and to carefully retain the delivery reports. Ever since, I’ve been following the bench’s direction. On 24 June 2024, a date was fixed for hearing of case CC/353/2022. I visited the court only to find that it was a no forum day. However, I had to submit a document which I submitted in the office of DCDRC. Further, I asked them to keep the copy of OP HDFC ERGO such that the OP Advocate may collect it from the court to which the office refuses to keep the document and therefore, on 2 July 2024 on the date of hearing of CC/353/2022, I in-person hand over the document to the OP advocate in the presence of the bench.
