Humble Request to Publish DCDRC Public Announcements on Social Media
I visited DCDRC, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, on 24, 28, and 1 June 2024 for hearing. It was no forum day successively on three occasion. Therefore, I decided to write the following email to the Bar Council of India.

Hon’ble Bar Council CDRC,
I’m grieved to state that unfortunately only when the Plaintiff and Advocates visit the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, WB, they have been informed about the updates on ‘No Forum Day’ Bar Orders (announcements), sometimes decided on the morning of the very same day. I’m a pro se litigant (representing my own case without a lawyer). Therefore, I lack the social circle to be informed about Bar orders by word of mouth. I’ve witnessed No Forum Day on successive hearing dates (preponed by order 14, Dated 12 June 2024) of Case CC/353/2022, that was on 24 June, 28 June, and 1st July 2024. However, I had an inkling of today’s proceedings as observed in the News that West Bengal Bar Council calls for ‘black day’ on July 1 to protest new criminal laws. It would be my humble request to CDRC, SCDRC, DCDRC, and CDRC Bar Council to publish public announcements, and orders in public interest on social media that would save a lot of time in travelling for the advocates and plaintiffs, subsequently help them to replan their day productively.
