Orders and Proceedings Weren’t Appearing on Confonet Post 6 May 2024

It is important to mention the incident concerning cases CC/353/2022 and CC/354/2022. It is because the proceedings and orders weren’t uploaded in Confonet, therefore I didn’t have any knowledge of the statements that had been published in the proceedings and the orders by the bench, which I later found out were different from the actual incidents happening on the floor, and therefore, I complained to higher authorities suspecting and stating that the bench might have been compromised.

Hi,
I’ve been informed by the President DCDRC on 4 July 2024 that confonet is not working and therefore I’ve submitted the request form on 4 July 2024 to receive a certified copy of the order made on 02 July 2024 of Case CC/353/2022. My next hearing date is on 10 July 2024 therefore I’d request to furnish the copy to the soonest which I need to share with my advocate to take further action if required. I was informed on 4 July 2024 by the President DCDRC, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, WB that the Confonet System is down and therefore the order copies of CC/353/2022 hearing dated 2 July 2024 haven’t been uploaded online. When may we expect the order to be uploaded in confonet?

The dates of hearing of cases CC/353/2022 and CC/354/2022 have been preponed (https://photos.app.goo.gl/WZcsrH5CZuLY8PPB7) by the order of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. Unfortunately, ever since preponed, the orders, proceedings, and case status are not updated on Confonet nor do I receive the SMS and email updates of the next hearing date. I also need to deposit 5/- in the DCDRC Office to generate a Certified copy of the Orders.
