SHOW CAUSE ON BEHALF OF THE O.P. HDFC ERGO GENERAL INSURANCE CO. LTD.
Most Respectfully Sheweth :-
The Humble petition on behalf of the
O.P. №2 above named.
- That on the last date i.e. on 04/07/2024 this case was fixed for hearing Argument.
- That due to wrong posting of diary of the Ld. Advocate on record for this O.P. on 04/07/2024, Ld. Advocate has failed to take proper steps and also attend before Your Honour for conducting hearing of this case and as such on that date Ld. Court was pleased to pass an order of Show cause to this O.P.
- That there are no intentional latches on the part of this O.P. and therefore the O.P. begs to submit that present show cause petition may kindly be considered and the O.P. may kindly be permitted to contest this case otherwise this O.P. will suffer from irreparable loss and injury.
- That the petition made is bonafide and for ends of Justice.
Hence it is prayed that Your Honour may graciously be pleased to accept the present show cause petition filed by this O.P. and also to be pleased to allow this O.P. to contest this case by
filling W.S. for ends of justice.
And for this act of kindness Your Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
