Dear Bar Council of India, West Bengal Bar Council, and to whom-so-ever it may concern,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter involving a suspected conspiracy and instances of probable judicial extortion by passing inappropriate judgment to fine and penalize the complainant to deposit the amount in the legal aid. I believe that these actions are in direct violation of the ethical standards and conduct expected of members of the legal profession.
I urge the Bar Council of India to take immediate action to investigate this matter and to take appropriate disciplinary measures against any individuals found to have violated the Code of Conduct for Advocates and Judges.
CC/354/2022 (District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India, 700126), Salient Contemplation of Verdict Pronounced by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, https://rat9.medium.com/salient-contemplation-of-verdict-pronounced-by-district-consumer-disputes-redressal-commission-fa4336be3291
I might be wrong but I sometimes wonder if the way these two litigations proceeded and the court fined the complainant, does it resemble Judicial Extortion?
Who do I report cases of Judicial Extortion in India?
Does the case CC/354/2022, (District CDRC, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, India) meet the criteria for Judicial Extortion?
Maybe I would have found justice after so much delay if I had approached the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The delay which seems to have been caused deliberately by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission may be due to a deep conspiracy. If indeed a deep conspiracy has been hatched then this thing would not have become clear upon approaching the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission because the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission does not have the judicial capability and authority to hear such civil and criminal cases. That is why it is necessary that this case be filed with the Bar Council of India to be suo-moto taken forward to the High Court or Supreme Court by the State so that the various aspects of this case can be probed in a fair manner and after establishing it on the parameters of judicial extortion, it can be investigated in depth.
In this case, did the DCDRC try to add to the state revenue by passing a questionable and unethical judgment, fining & penalizing the complainant, which is an illegal act?
Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.
Regards,
Ratul Aich

Why did the digital forensic investigation ignored by the District CDRC in the case CC/353/2022, (District CDRC, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, India, 700126)?
