Subject: Re: Suspected Discrimination with Plaintiff and undue favor to HDFC ERGO by Delay in Justice of CC/354/2022 CDRC Barasat
Hon’ble President District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum Barasat,
CC/353/2022, and CC/354/2022, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
I visited the court on 31 Jan 2024 on the date of the hearing. Even though the courtroom shutter was down due to some unanticipated reason, Hon’ble Member Sri Abhijit Basu in the office readily heard my case to assign the next date of hearing on 06 May 2024. Although, I didn’t receive the SMS affirming the next hearing date until now. Therefore requesting you to kindly update the online Case Register on Edaakhil and send the notification SMS.
